Track Your Order - PawPalace
At PawPalace, we want to make sure you can easily track your pet products from the moment your order is placed until it arrives at your doorstep. To check the status of your order, follow the steps below:
1. Track Your Order Online
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the following details:
- Tracking Number: This is the unique ID assigned to your package.
- Carrier Information: The company responsible for delivering your order (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
To track your order:
- Open the email confirmation containing your tracking details.
- Click on the tracking link or copy the tracking number.
- Visit the shipping carrier’s website (for example, UPS, FedEx, USPS) and paste the tracking number into the designated tracking field to view the current status of your shipment.
2. Check Your Account
If you have an account with PawPalace, you can also track your order directly on our website:
- Log into your PawPalace account.
- Go to the "My Orders" section.
- Find the order you want to track and click on the tracking link provided.
3. Shipping Status Updates
You will receive notifications from the shipping carrier with updates on your order's status, including:
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is scheduled for delivery today.
- Delivered: Your order has arrived at its destination.
4. Missing or Lost Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please:
- Check with your neighbors or other household members who may have received it.
- Look for a delivery notice from the carrier.
- Wait up to 24 hours, as sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they arrive.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
